A forms and workflow platform for colleges. Counselors submit schedules, comp time and workload through one portal, and reviewers approve them through a workflow built around their contract rules.

Chabot College's counseling department has run its scheduling cycle on it every term since 2024. Processing time dropped by half.

AI job search workflow

Personal project on ezInputs · 2026

My job search runs as a workflow of AI tools. Claude reads my job list from Google Sheets, confirms each posting on the company's own hiring site, and files it into ezInputs through MCP.

I approve each job before anything is written. Claude tailors the resume using only lines from my own resume library, so every claim on it is something I've actually done.

A Model Context Protocol server with 64 tools, so Claude and other agents can build forms, review submissions, translate forms into Spanish and tailor resumes inside the app.

Every tool runs behind OAuth scopes a person grants, and every write lands in an audit log. I use it daily to build and debug the product.

Maker Lab builds

Google Code Next · 2021 to 2026

I ran the lab: a fleet of 20 3D printers plus laser cutters and CNC machines, kept calibrated and running across Code Next sites.

With students I built robotics and IoT projects on Jetson, Raspberry Pi, Arduino and ESP32 boards, with custom harnesses and printed enclosures, debugged on the bench with oscilloscopes and multimeters.

    • Build and run the production platform on my own, from customer scoping to support.
    • Led the Chabot College deployment end to end, turning administrators' workflows and contract rules into a structured data model. Processing time dropped by 50%.
    • Built an MCP server that lets AI agents query live data and catch form problems before they reach users.
    • Shipped the forms, emails and portal in English and Spanish for a Spanish-speaking user base.
