Common questions

What event teams usually ask

Do volunteers need an account?

No. They open the link, pick a shift and submit. You decide whether sign-ups are confirmed straight away or wait for review.

Neither does the person checking everyone in. Send them a link for that shift and they can work the door from their own phone.

What stops double booking?

Shifts that overlap in time are detected and blocked, so one person cannot hold two shifts that run at once.

Nobody signs up for two places at once

Is this a separate product?

No. It is the same platform behind the Counseling vertical, so the builder, review queue, exports and permissions all work the way they already do.

The wifi at our venue is terrible.

Check-ins are saved on the phone the moment they are tapped and send themselves when the signal returns. Nobody has to remember which names did not go through.
