Terms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ezInputs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including those performed by AI assistants and other third-party clients you authorize via OAuth (see Section 6).
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ezInputs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including:
- Collecting sensitive personal information without proper consent
- Attempting to circumvent service limits or security measures
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or abusing the MCP server or API beyond reasonable rate limits
- Using the platform to operate phishing, malware, or fraudulent campaigns
4. Intellectual Property
The ezInputs platform — including its visual form builder, workflow engine, email composer, and MCP server — is the property of ezInputs and is protected by copyright and other laws. You retain ownership of all forms, submissions, contacts, campaigns, and other content you create within your tenant.
5. Acceptable Use of Email Campaigns
When you use ezInputs to send email campaigns, you confirm that:
- Recipients have given you permission to email them (opt-in or established business relationship).
- Campaigns include a working unsubscribe mechanism and your physical mailing address as required by CAN-SPAM, CASL, and similar regulations.
- You will honor unsubscribe requests promptly and respect the platform's suppression list.
- You will not send content that is misleading, deceptive, or otherwise violates applicable email or anti-spam laws.
Repeated complaints, high bounce rates, or abuse reports may result in suspension of campaign sending privileges.
6. Third-Party AI Connectors
ezInputs supports connecting third-party AI clients (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor) via OAuth so they can read and modify your tenant data on your behalf through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. By authorizing a connector:
- You acknowledge that any data the AI client reads via MCP may be processed by the AI provider per their own terms and privacy policy.
- You remain responsible for all actions taken under your authorization, including actions performed by the AI client.
- You can revoke a connector at any time from Settings → Connected Apps; revocation invalidates the connector's tokens immediately.
- ezInputs does not endorse any specific AI provider or guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. AI-written recommendations on submissions are advisory and never change workflow status without explicit human confirmation.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep ezInputs available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance, deploy updates, or pause features (including the MCP server) without prior notice when necessary for security or stability.
8. Limitation of Liability
ezInputs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or actions taken by AI clients or other third-party integrations you have authorized.
