From zero to first submission in 5 minutes.
Five steps. No setup beyond signing in. Same flow works for multi-page forms with conditional logic — just keep adding pages.
Sign in
Visit /admin with your work email. First-time tenants get a setup wizard.
Drag fields
Click New form, drop text / select / date fields onto the canvas.
Publish
Get a public URL at /share/<slug>. No account required to submit.
Review
Submissions land in the admin queue. Approve, reject, or comment.

Choose a layout
Open Settings and scroll to Layout surfaces to pick how the side menu and the main area are drawn. The choice is saved on your device, and you can also switch from Quick settings or the command palette (⌘K).
- Island: the side menu and the page are separate rounded cards on a tinted background.
- Flat: both sit edge to edge with no cards.
- Immersive: the page drops its card, so each panel floats on the background.
- Studio: the side menu sits on the page with no box around it, beside one rounded canvas. Search, your account and each screen's own toolbar move to a row above the canvas, and with the side menu collapsed your organization's name sits there beside the logo. The canvas reaches out into the side menu to hold the page you are on, and follows you when you move to another. In the form builder and the review screen, the form's theme fills the whole canvas.
Picking Flat or Studio for either the side menu or the main area applies it to both. Phones keep their usual layout.
