Five steps. No setup beyond signing in. Same flow works for multi-page forms with conditional logic — just keep adding pages.

Sign in
Visit /admin with your work email. First-time tenants get a setup wizard.

Drag fields
Click New form, drop text / select / date fields onto the canvas.

Publish
Get a public URL at /share/<slug>. No account required to submit.

Review
Submissions land in the admin queue. Approve, reject, or comment.
